Platform UI Guide

Learn how to use the Formr dashboard to manage forms, view submissions, configure integrations, and analyze form performance.

Getting Started

Access the dashboard at app.formr.xyz. After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with an overview of your forms and submissions.

Forms Management

Creating Forms

Navigate to Forms → New Form to create a new form. You can define fields, set validation rules, configure spam protection, and set up webhooks all from the UI.

Form Builder

Use the visual form builder to add fields, configure validation, set up conditional logic, and customize the form appearance. Changes are saved automatically.

Form Status

Forms can be set to draft, live, or archived. Only live forms accept submissions. Draft forms are useful for testing before going live.

Submissions & Responses

Viewing Responses

Navigate to Responses to see all form submissions. You can filter by form, status, date range, and search for specific submissions.

Response Details

Click on any response to view full details, including all field values, submission metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp), and status.

Export Data

Export responses as CSV or JSON for analysis. Use the export button in the Responses page to download all or filtered responses.

Analytics

Form Analytics

View detailed analytics for each form including submission volume, conversion rates, drop-off points, and field-level analytics.

Trends & Insights

Track submission trends over time, identify peak submission periods, and analyze user behavior patterns.

Shareable Stats

Generate shareable links for form analytics that can be shared with stakeholders without requiring dashboard access.

Integrations

Configure Integrations

Navigate to Integrations to connect Formr with Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, Discord, and other services. Configure automatic actions when forms are submitted.

Webhooks

Set up webhooks to send form events to your own endpoints. Configure retry logic, secrets, and event filters.

Settings

API Keys

Manage your API keys in Settings → API Keys. Create new keys, rotate existing ones, and view key usage.

Organizations & Environments

Manage organizations, create environments (production, development, staging), and configure team member access.

Billing

View usage, manage subscriptions, and update payment methods in Settings → Billing.
