If you exceed your submission limit, new submissions will be blocked until your billing cycle resets on the first of next month or you upgrade to a higher plan. When you upgrade, your new limits typically take effect within a few minutes after Stripe processes the change. We never charge overage fees.
A submission is any successful form entry that we receive and store. This includes all submissions, even if you delete them later. Deleted submissions still count toward your monthly quota.
Once you hit your submission limit, new form submissions will be blocked until your billing cycle resets on the first of next month or you upgrade to a higher plan. You can upgrade anytime to restore submissions (changes typically take effect within a few minutes).
Each file upload is limited to 10 MB per file. Supported file types include images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP), PDFs, and documents (DOC, DOCX, TXT). File uploads are available on all paid plans.
Yes. Annual plans save you the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing (for example, $90/year vs $108/year for Starter plan). You can switch between monthly and annual billing through your account settings.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Upgrades typically take effect within a few minutes, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Stripe automatically prorates charges for upgrades.
